Back & bis yesterday:
Had to do everything machine as they were ripping down the walls in the free weights bit as part of the "revamp" so couldn't get in there!
Sneaked in and stole a couple of DB's while they weren't looking though and took them through to the machine bit! :)
Wide grip lat pulldown: 135lb x 10 (2 sets), 180lb x 8 (2 sets)
Cable bent row: 135lb x 10, 165lb x 5 (5 sets)
Seated cable row: 120lb x 10, 180lb x 8 (2 sets)
Close grip pulldowns: 90lb x 10, 135lb x 10, 165lb x 6, x 8
Seated Row: 120lb x 12 (really slow)
Alt standing DB curls: 34lb x 10, 51lb x 8, x 5, 34lb x 10
DB concentration curls: 34lb x 8 (2 sets)
Cable curls: 30lb x 25, 45lb x 10, 60lb x 5
Pretty good pump today thankfully!
Damn forearms were ashard as wood by the time I'd finished - really aching! Definately gonna start my new split next week!
