I just don't understand my squat weight.
My back is strong - I can dead 400lb
My hams are strong - I can SLDL 370lb
My quads must be ok if I can lunge 230lb for reps
I just don't understand why my squat weight is so lacking? I can lunge pratcially what I squat?!?! What the hell is that about.

your very strong for your size, ill give you a couple workouts that will get your squat stronger. rack squats(set at diff. heights each week) if your weak at top.
pause squats if weak at bottom. check out
