My training is gonna be a bit arse for a while - the gym at police college is rubbish - no free weights AT ALL!!! And the machines are really limited so I've had to adjust my training. Gonna do shoulders and arms with what they've got there (just have to make the best of it) so I can do Chest & back on Friday on my way home and legs on Sunday - both with Evo so at least this way I get the big exercise days in the gym with free weights!
So here was today's chest & back session. I'VE STILL GOT MY COLD! It's still on my chest so I'm a bit wheezy and coughing lots, but can't let it put me off, although it did seem to affect my session a little. And the free weights section was pissing busy too! Here it was:
Incline DB Press: 50lb x 10, 70lb x 10, 100lb x 5, x 4 (w/aid)
Decline BB Press: 155lb x 10, 230lb x 7, x 5 (w/aid)
Pec Dec: 100lb x 10, 165lb x 8 (2 sets)
Deads: 220lb x 10, 310lb x 8, 400lb x 3 (tried 2nd set but couldn't psych up)
BB Bent Row: 220lb x 10, 310lb x 8 (2 sets)
Chins: x 10, w/50lb x 3, x 4 (RP set) - these are getting worse
Prone Row to Chest: 90lb x 1-, 110lb x 10, 135lb x 10
Ok session but less than inspiring. Hopefully get my mind back into it.
