Thanks very much fellas! It's weird how it goes, and it was the same thing today. Felt like I just wanted to curl up and go to sleep, was so lacking energy. Took an energy drink and draggged myself to the gym to train on my own for CHEST & BACK which is hard work at the best of time, especially seeing as I was gonna have no spot and gonna have to get the DB's up myself for incline press. My back and legs were still slightly aching from leg day on Sunday so wasn'#y holding out much hope and this is how it went:
Incline DB Press: 50lb x 10, 66lb x 10, 95lb x 8, 100lb x 3
Decline BB Press: 155lb x 10, 220lb x 7, x 5
Pec Dec: 100lb x 10, 155lb x 8, 160lb x 6
Deadlift: 200lb x 10, 285lb x 8, 375lb x 8, 385lb x 3
BB Bent Row: 200lb x 10, 285lb x 8 (2 sets)
Wide Grip Chins: w/50lb x 6, x 3 1/2 then bodyweight to fail
Seated Pulley row to Chest: 180lb x 10, 225lb x 10, x 12
Lying DB Pullovers: 75lb x 10, 100lb x 10
Surprised myself with this session considering my lethargy! Well chuffed with the Incline and deads. When I told Evo I hope that was part of the spur for him to have achieved such an awesome session himself later that day!
