Wow! Thanks fellas. Really inspiring comments from you all. Just trying to do my best each time. It is damn tough doing back after chest but it feels good getting an all over upper body full feeling.
Really liking this split and I really feel it where I should be today. lol q80 and Ben :)

Polish - I've been training on and off for about 10 yrs but it's only been the last few mopnths I've really knuckled down, had lots of time off and swapping stuff and not appolplying myself for lots of the time before that.

OKAY! Shoulders and arms today. Wanted to do some ab, grip and squat work too but time was against me - had to get back home! :(

Here it was though:

DB Military: 33lb x 10, 50lb x 8, 73lb x 8, x 6 (1 w/aid)

DB Side Laterals: 27lb x 10 (3 sets)

SUPERSET WITH

DB Rear Laterals: 27lb x 10 (3 sets)

Standing Alt DB Curls: 33lb x 10, 66lb x 5, x 4, 45lb x 12

EZ Preachers: 110lb x 6, 100lb x 8 + neg

DB French Press: 78lb x 10, 100lb x 10, x 8

Dips: w/120lb x 7 (2 sets)

Ok session. Couple more reps on the press. Upped the weight in the curls, and upped the reps in tri work so not too bad.

Do you think kickbacks are even worth the time?

And the dips man you ought to be careful with that kind of weight swinging down there.

Thanks fellas. As always it's great getting such motivating feedback from you all.

I'm being careful with the dips, the only awkward thing about them is that I don't have a dipping belt so I have to link 2 lifting belts together and hang a DB and extra plates from them - now THAT is the awkward part. I'll try to get a photo of it if I remember. :)

And Zod - As Obrick says - kickbacks aren't really part of my routine because they are too iso specific and I'm trying to use the more compound type movements. Pushdowns I used to do but it's only been the past week that we've had a pushdown machine installed at the gym I go to and I'm on the heaviest DB in the gym for DB French press so will probably change to pushdowns next session I expect.

Thanks again to everyone for checking out my log. Really makes the difference and keeps me wanting to push further in the gym! :)
