^^I knew you would. But no not really. :)

Ok - Shoulders and arms - would have done a set of squats at the end like last time but cos I've still got a cold, didn't want to do anything too body intensive. But here it was - with Supersets again.

DB Military: 33lb x 10, 50lb x 10, 73lb x 6, x 4

Upright Row: 120lb x 10, x 8

SUPERSET WITH

DB Side Laterals: 33lb x 10, 27lb x 10

Standing Alt DB Curls: 33lb x 8, 60lb x 8, x 6

SUPERSET WITH

DB French Press: 80lb x 10, 100lb x 9, x 8

DB CC's: 45lb x 10 (2 sets)

SUPERSET WITH

Dips: w/120lb x 6 (2 sets)

Ok session. Getting hard to get the weight up to start with on my own - should be training with Evo next week so hopefully get another rep or 2.
Hope I kick this cold quick. Don't wanna be feeling like this for legs.

awesome workouts, the intensity is threw the roof! Your gym must not be very popular if you can do all those supersets and nobody is getting in your way. I couldnt superset shit in my gym because the equipment I would need would always be taken or somebody would take it in the middle of my sets. your DB curls are freaky man, 60 lbs is amazing, especially for how lean you are. keep it up man!

Hey Rocky quick question, what's the French Press? And do you try and stay in hypertrophy pretty much the entire time when you are bulking?

considering your sick that was a very great workout and that weight most people feeling 200% couldnt even bother with. Those dips are outta control along with those db curls! BIG ROCK IN THE HOUSE! WOOF WOOF! thats right Rocky! Keep it up and get over that cold already damn! lol.

hey man yor arm training is very good rocky its great that you can lift such big weights there i think about you next time i see the 60's sititng on the floor and say "rocky can curl those".

Ben - they felt pretty good man! :)

Paulie - Yeah, my gym is pretty quiet especially when I train, thankfully. ut it's shit. Still you use what you got I guess.

Obrick - As Robcardu said - it's a DB seated incline skullcrusher. And with regard to hypertrophy whilst bulking - I don't ever NOT "bulk" I'm just not very good at it. My training is more down to persoinal preference and what I've found works for me rather than specifically thinking of it in regard to hypertrophy or not, as I know what is effective for me. None of that probably made any sense. :)

Robcardu - looking forward to your log man! About damn time!

Xtweak and Peanut - lol you guys!

Maka - I'm getting in my multi for sure! :)

Ok Leg day today. Training on my own again and had no motivation and was tired as hell for some reason, plus some bastard was using the smith rack the whole time I was there which is the only place to do any bench/military/squat movements so no squats or anything for me. So here's what I could muster. Only did one main set for everything and even that took it out of me!

Seated Squat/Pressz: 220lb x 10, 330lb x 10, 440lb x 10

DB Walking Lunges: 73lb x 8, 100lb x 8 (Like you said I had to get Tweak! :) )

SLDL: 220lb x 10, 320lb x 8

Leg Ex: 155lb x 10, 220lb x 10

SUPERSET WITH

Leg Curl: 155lb x 10, 200lb x 10

Calf Press: 285lb x 15, 375lb x 8 then drop sets

Not terrible, but not great either. Oh well.

very respectable session Rocky. Especially for being so tired. Its rather annoying when one guy wants to take up one piece of machinery the entire time. He was probably one of those guys either taking 10 minute breaks and performing the same movement the entire time.

What are the seated Squats/Press, 440lbs?!?! holy crap man. I dont care if I'm not too sure what that is but thats some major weight.
