Thanks a lot fellas.
I sort of feel bad that my arms are strong compared to my bigger muscle groups - like I'm a beach body guy which I'm not. Oh well - everyone has theiur strengths and weaknesses.
To be honest one of the main reasons I've been doing so many supersets is due to time and training on my own - having no one to spot me means I need to up the intensity a different way.
q80 - Glad you're liking the middle delt supersets - they feel good don't they! :)
lol Ben - my weights are no match for yours on most exercises my friend!

Legs today.

Don't know what it is lately but I just haven't been able to get into gear for my sessions. Feel tired and unenthusiastic. I'm still doing them and increasing the weight and stuff so should be motivated by this but just seem to have lost the spark. It can't be overtraining as I only train 3 times per week and a differrent session each time and like I said - the weights are going up. Hope it's just a passing phase. Been training on my own the past 3 weeks so might be that a bit.
Anyway:

Smith Squat: 155lb x 10, 200lb x 10, 285lb x 8, 310lb x 3

SLDL: 220lb x 10, 310lb x 8, x 6 (less weight than used to do but felt knackered already!!)

DB Lunges: 100lb x 5, x 3 - (getting more knackered!)

Seated Squat: 310lb x 10, 420lb x 8 (2 sets)

Leg Curl: 155lb x 10, 210lb x 6 (awkward pad), 200lb x 6

Leg Ex: 180lb x 10, 200lb x 10

Calf Press: 275lb x 15, 375lb x 8 then Drop sets 22lb each set down to 135lb - 8 reps per set minimum rest.

All done in 45mins.

Thanks Benny boy. It seems to be taking forever at the mo. Me and Evo are getting itchy feet - feels likt we're not doing anything!

Looking back at the session I suppose I got a decent amount done in that time - seemed like it was sluggish though- perhaps it's just my mood of late in the gym.

lol q80! You probably could lunge with all that on you aswell! :)

Don't worry - it will not be forgotten that your vid will be shot at our gym! The most hardcore training DVD ever I suspect. Make COR look like an episode of "Friends".
