yeah,damn brother. Those were great reps for the heavy weights u were throwing around. Very impressive. LOL at the dips tho. The dips didnt get far as many reps as everything else and they are usually ur killer exercise.

good stuff though pom pom,

that is a good pump rocky. impressive lifts.. you move a mountain of weights. your one of the strong immortals here in the dungeon like g80.. impressive incline huh!

Wow! Thanks all of you for the comments - really helps inspire me! My chest fells really good today - nicely sore. Really felt like it should have been more weight for how hard it got towards the end! Oh well, it did the job for sure. Light deads tomorrow - that'll be weird!

Also, my legs are STILL sore from Sunday. They've eased off a bit though, I don't walk like I've just been raped, or scream in pain when I try to sit down which is nice.

any updates? hey rocky if u want your legs to grow with out being sore to the max train them twice a week, but dont go for that last rep the one u really struggle with. stay slightly undertrained, and your body will get stronger adding more size to your frame bro. just a piece of info, bc i hate when i can walk from leg training
