great session as always rocky. You pull that weight like its LIGHT WEIGHT!

one of these days were all gonna come in here and see that you BB Curled 200lbs...itll come one day, lol. Biceps are insane man.

i just feel like if i don't FEEL it, i'm not getting the best results possible! maybe i'm wrong but that just sounds logical to me....i mean no pain no gain right???

CJU - oops! typo! It was only 10 on that first set to warm up for the biggies! I think I'd be struggling to hit 109 reps on a warm up - or at all in fact!

BB Bent row (yates): 180lb x 10, 260lb x 7 (2 sets)
Wide chins: w/33lb x 8, x 7 then bodyweight to fail
BB Curl: 142lb x 5 (2 w/aid) no way I was getting another set!! :)
Concentration curls: 27lb x 15, 33lb x 10, 38lb x 8

Really pleased with this session, the deads put me in a good mood! Fingers crossed for legs on Saturday!

Thanks Dave - never think like I'm progressing as much as I want. Glad you think so though! Makes me feel better at least! :)

Thanks q80! They're slowly creeping up.

CJU - I know what you mean. That's one of the reasons I've just changed my routine. Still keeping the compounds but adding in the extra so I feel it a bit more - get the best of both worlds!
