Thanks fellas! You keep my going! Really makes a difference! lol Pickle - yeah I really gave my body a rest. Thing with me is, if I take more than 3 days off my strength disappears faster than a KFC meal in front of Lee Preist.
Right - yesterday was pull day - pretty pleased. This is how it went:
Deads: 180lb x 12, 260lb x 10, 350lb x 8, 360lb x 4 (bashed my knee bad on the 4th and form suffered)
BB Bent Row (yates): 170lb x 10, 250lb x 6, x 4 (grip went, put straps on and banged out another 5 reps)
Wide grip chins: w/22lb x 8, w/27lb x 6 then bodyweight to failure
BB Curls: 130lb x 5 (REALLY slow last neg), 110lb x 6
Seated machine row: 110lb x 10, 160lb x 8
Leg Curl: 110lb x 10 then abandoned
Really pissed off, the new machines they;'ve got in stink. Horrible seat position, movement everything. Wouldn't have used them but got the rest of the session done in 40 mins so had time to kill, so I'm not gonna let it bug me. Pleased with the rest of it though!
