Thanks for all the support guys! Yeah, I'm loving the SLDL's! Good for you Mindstar - hit 'em hard!
Turnip - you'll always have a spot at our gym to train!

And today's session was good. Felt better than the other 2 - don't know if it's cos I was training with Evo or just cos I got more sleep and was more focussed:

PUSH:

Smith Front Squat: 135lb x 10, 200lb x 8, 210lb x 8
Standing smith calf raise: 250lb x 12, 330lb x 12, 340lb x 12
Smith Incline BB Press: 90lb x 12, 145lb x 10, 200lb x 8, 210lb x 5 (1 w/aid)
Smith Military: 100lb x 10, 170lb x 8, 180lb x 7 (1 w/aid)
Upright Row: 80lb x 10, 110lb x 8, 120lb x 8
Dips: x 10, w/105lb x 10, 110lb x 3

Felt really good this session. Had more energy and got a great pump.

Was inspired by Pickle and did front squats rock bottom and it felt good, nice and controlled.

Pissed off with 2nd set of dips as I had to use 2 belts and hang 100lb DB and a 10lb plate on it and it was all awkward and swinging about so couldn't control it. Damn the lack of equipment at the gym! Not gonna let it get me down though.

Cheers fellas! Yeah, I just get on really well with dips that was why I was gutted that they haven't got the right equipment for me to add more weight on comfortably!

booya !!!

how did u find them going rock bottom? Your knees ok? I think they are the tall mans best friend for leg development if your comfortable doing them. good weights too!

Did you strap ur knees and have something under your heels like i suggested?

Your dips are great I hope you can sort that equipment mess out so you dont stop doing them. I used to do weighted dips with a belt around my neck holding 20 kilos in my home gym. But yeah your dips are leaps and bounds above mine good work

Cheers Pickle! No straps and feet flat on floor! Felt really good! See how it works for me with regular squats on Wednesday.
Gonna have to try something for dips! Hanging 50kg off my neck doesn't sound too comfy though! :)

Pull day tomorrow! On my own again. I'm on late shift this week! Bum.
