Chins: w/6lb x 10, x 9
BB Bent Row (yates grip): 147lb x 10, 220lb x 9 (2 sets)
BB Curl: 100lb x 10, 110lb x 6
Forearm curls w/20kg 2 sets to failure.
Not a bad session considering I'm not 100%. Hams still felt a little tight fromn Mondays session but not too bad. Bi's were fried just from the chins too - really slow and pausing at contraction. Can't complain though!
