Cheers fellas! Still feeling pretty rough today. Not terrible or I wouldn't train, but throat is bad and I feel like I should be sponsored by Kleenex cos of the amount of tissues I'm getting through (and I'm not talking you guys tissue use... )

Ok - PULL day!

SLDL: 180lb x 12, 240lb x 10, 320lb x 10 (2 sets)
Chins: w/6lb x 10, x 9
BB Bent Row (yates grip): 147lb x 10, 220lb x 9 (2 sets)
BB Curl: 100lb x 10, 110lb x 6
Forearm curls w/20kg 2 sets to failure.

Not a bad session considering I'm not 100%. Hams still felt a little tight fromn Mondays session but not too bad. Bi's were fried just from the chins too - really slow and pausing at contraction. Can't complain though!

Thanks fellas! I keep trying. I think my illness is on the way out. I probably extended it's stay somewhat by still training heavy and also going out this weekend and getting pissed out of my face and getting naff all sleep. Interesting to see how tomorrow's session pans out! :)

lol you guys! Right - PUSH day:

Smith Squat: 170lb x 10, 220lb x 10, 250lb x 10
Smith Standing Calf Raise: 250lb x 15, 320lb x 10 (2 sets)
Smith Incline BB Press: 90lb x 12, 135lb x 10, 190lb x 8, 200lb x 4
Smith Military: 100lb x 10, 155lb x 10, 170lb x 4 1/2
DB Lunges: 57lb x 8, 77lb x 8
Dips: x 10, w/100lb x 10 (2 sets)

Right - shoddy session. I was training on my own and I don't know if it's the after effects of the weekend or the illness on it's way out, but I couldn't get into it and my energy was shot. Cocked up first main set of Squats - didn't put on enough weight (another example of not being geared up for it!) so that fucked me off to begin with. That's why I did lunges to make up for it. I improved on the weight on last week on everything and it was all good form but just didn't feel like it should.

Cheers Outlaw. Yeah, it wasn't diabolical or anything, just didn't feel as good as it shouldda done. It was more a tired fatigue as opposed to a muscular fatigue. Oh well!
