solid session rocky sound like good work..........be careful on those tri pushdwns not to get ur chest and shoulders involved by getting ur body to far over the bar. at that point the emphasis is off of the tris and u get help from the other bodyparts. i actually try to stay upright and kinda push away from the bar slightly its a lot harder and u can't do as much weight but it is all triceps........jmo bro
