Single Leg Ex: 75lb x 12, 100lb x 10, 150lb x 8 (2 sets)
Smith Squat: 180lb x 10, 275lb x 8, 285lb x 3 (failed on 4th with burning, stinging sensation in my upper thigh where it meets the groin. Re-racked it - waited a sec and did 3 more.
Hack Squat: 180lb x 10, 270lb x 8 (2 sets)
SLDL: 240lb x 10, 341lb x 5, 2nd set - lifted weight up but put it down again - didn't feel right to push it.
Single Leg Curl: 110lb x 10, 160lb x 10, 170lb x 8
SUPERSET WITH:
Leg Ex: 200lb x 15 ( 3 sets)
Leg Press Calf Raise: 460lb x 15, 595lb x 12, 605lb x 8, then drop sets.
Pulled my calves yesterday running and could still feel them a bit today which is why I was a bit cautious, although I think it was more the achilles looking at it now. Bit disappointed with my second set of squats and SLDL's - think I was just wiped out on the SLDL's after squats, hacks and the 1st set of SLDL's, so I'll not get too disheartened!
Really not feeling the squats in my thighs though. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. My form is good, I go down to parallel - although I have to be careful as I get the stinging burning feeling in my groin if I go too low when I push back up...Hmmmm...
