Had some shoulder issues so did not train again until Wednesday:

Deadlifts: 8@135, 5@225, 3@245 (Tried to keep the bar off the floor in between reps, but I lost too much strength. Back to the old way next time.)

I'm up to 190 now, still around 7%BF. So 200 in 7 weeks is looking to be on target.
