Yesterday's Training:

Warm-up Set of Leg Extensions
Smith Machine Squats: 10@136, 10@191, 7@246 (coul have had 8, but I went below parallel on 7 and lost some strength)
Lying Leg Curls: Drop Set - 4@176, 3@154, 3@132
Seated Calf Raise: 3 Sets of 15

Things have gotten a bit dicey here and I'm not exactly sure when nor what's going to happen in the next few days with my job situation. Will keep you posted.

Great sessions. However I haven't read anything that ominous for some time regarding your "exit" . I hope it wasn't justified. And if it was then I hope it was worth it! :)
