Here we are in October now, weeks away from show time. Still too much work to do, but I always have fun with at least 1 pose.

Well that's me. At this point I have nothing to hide.... and in those trunks, it's a good thing, cause I can't hide ****.

You now see where I have been, and how far I have come. You now see why I am in dire straights and am drinking myself in to catabolism until the morning when I attempt a shoulder workout and some form of cardio. I plan on getting some more pics this weekend. I think it's about time I buy my own camera, but having my GF do it for me is just so much easier

It's Nov 8th. The USBF Baltimore Natural. Kirk is also competing in it.
