chest: did cable cross over 4 sets of 20-30 reps just to get blood in the mucle
incline db press:8x25kg,8x27kg,6x30kg the 25kg was just light weight
flat db press:8x22kg,8x25kg,6x27kg
decline bench press(smith machine):8x40kg,8x60kg,6x80kg pretty hard
dips 3 sets of 8 reps

i am still doing slow reps and it works alot better still my muscle soreness is longer now but the muscle is worked way better and i get a better pump still im doing more weight so i recomend it

Nice one thug_life, great lifting. Know exactly what you mean on the slow reps, they're excellent. I find my concentration levels are increased whilst performing the exercise, which means more focus. I think slower reps are going to included more in my workouts.

back:
chins 3 sets of 8-12
pulldowns front 3 sets 6-8 went heavy on these
cable rows: 3 sets 6-8 last set was almost the whole stack 85kg for 6reps still pretty fast reps.
one arm db rows:8x25kg,8x27kg,6x30kg

bicep: alternate db curls:8x12kg,8x15kg,6x17kg
ez preacher curls:8x10kg,8x20kg,6x24kg
consetration curls:8x15kg,8x12kg,10x10kg,12x8kg,15x6kg

the pump tech is very weird it gives you the best pump ever and my grew and inch after the workout

i think itīs okay to do faster reps. that is most for strenght
