:blushes: Thanks for the compliments guys!! You are the coolest. :) I think I have made alot of improvements since I first started posting pics. Ive been very consistent over the past 6 months(with the exception of the times when I was sick)...so Im proud of what Ive accomplished! Thanks again fellas, you always make me smile. :)

Legs and Triceps
-------Shortest workout on the planet, pretty horrible. But better than nothing. I guess the weird thing about working at the gym where you work out is that you really want to get the heck out of there as soon as you are done with work. Otherwise, people will start talking to you and you will be there all day!!!!!!!!! We woke up late this morning so this is all I got in.

Walking Lunges
Roughly 12 steps each leg
20lbs ea hand X 4 sets

Superset with:
Leg Extensions---Drop sets
100lbs X 12 reps-70lbs X 5 reps-55lbs X 5 reps---------X 2 sets
85lbs X 12 reps-70lbs X 5 reps-55lbs X 5 reps-----------X 2 sets

French Press
25lbs X 15 reps X 2 sets
30lbs X 15 reps X 2 sets
35lbs X 10reps X 1 set

Superset With:
Med Ball push-ups---both hands on one ball
12 X 3 sets
10 X 2 sets

Thats it. Pretty sad.

Oh, and I did my bodyfat yesterday. Its around 13-15%.

Still seems pretty good Banshee. Supersetting must have upped the intensity. I think that's a good effort.

Lucky man, i got 20% BF< and it says that ideal for me ?

I used a huge health care, BMI,Heart rate machine.

Oh, Im a chick not a man. :) I can definitely tell you if 20% is ideal for you, but I would need to know how old you are. Im a Personal Trainer, so I have a bunch of papers on that topic. For example, I am a woman and am 24 years old. My bodfat falls into the low/athletic range.

about a 85mph atv and that is stock a few mods and it is possible to get as much as 110mph out of it.

lol True Outlaw -with the lowdown on quad bikes!!

Banshee - look a lot less BF than you say judging by your pics! Looking pretty tight! Still nice workout by the way - nothing wrong with short and intense!

LOL, your funny outlaw! Yeah..my brother has a Banshee, Ive riden it before...pretty damn fast!!

BUT.......the real question is....did you know that a Banshee is also a Professional Women's Tackle football team. Maybe Im not as fast as the Yamaha Banshee...but Im still pretty fast. Thats me in the middle Its kinda blurry.
