Thanks Makaveli! It was a good pump. I honestly havent maxed in forever. I just now have a spot again, so Ill start to go heavier and try to max soon. Last time I 1 rep maxed, I did 150...that was about 6 or 7 months ago. Sorry I dont have a better answer! Ill get back to you soon on that. :)
