dang thats rough banshee, i really hope u get better. you must of been going at it real hard to get sick like that. But pretty soon youll be back at it and training just like u were b4. Hope everything goes well for ya Banshee, and tell Eli to hook up some good ol chicken soup.

Full body

Well.....15 days later, I think Im going to start back to it. I finished my antibiotics about 3 or 4 days ago and Im not coughing too much now, nor am I as tired as I was. Im so bored, I have to do something!

I did full body today. 2 exercises per body part..and Im already sore, lol. That sucks, being sick definitely kicked my butt. Feels good to be back, even though Im not 100%.

Not going to list weights, not anything worth looking at.

DB Forward Lunge
RDL

Underhand BB Row
One Arm DB Row

Flat DB Bench
Flat DB Flyes

Seated DB shoulder press
Front/Lateral DB raises

Lying French Press
BB Bicep Curls

Hiiii, Im alive!
We are really busy with our new house, getting tile installed, painting etc....getting ready to move soon. Im not sick anymore either. :)

Last week I did 3 total Body workouts and this week, Im back to the usual split. I back to having Eli as my training partner, so Im extremely excited about that. :)

Only 3 sets of everything for now....Ill work my way back up to 4, having Pneumonia made me pretty weak.
