Hiiii, Im alive!
We are really busy with our new house, getting tile installed, painting etc....getting ready to move soon. Im not sick anymore either. :)
Last week I did 3 total Body workouts and this week, Im back to the usual split. I back to having Eli as my training partner, so Im extremely excited about that. :)
Only 3 sets of everything for now....Ill work my way back up to 4, having Pneumonia made me pretty weak.
