No problem at all Robcardu, I figured you were away. We will chat sometime soon. :)

Now, down the rack barbell curls.....I think you are talking about a Drop Set where you Start with your max weight and go to failure and then go to the next weight down the rack. For example, 40lbs to failure then switch to 35lbs to failure, 30lbs to failure and so on. I hope I explained this correctly????? Im sorry if not, Ill try again!!!!

I admire you for even doing lunges. It's such a good exercise but I simply cannot get into doing them. Mentally I just can't get geared up to do them.

Hehe, youre right Turnip...I guess were all a little crazy! LoL at taking all the plates for the leg press, Im sure that doesnt draw any attention. Thanks for checking out my log. :)

Thursday
12/1--Back again cause I started to do shoulders and my shoulder just does not feel right. I dont want to mess with it and end up out for a while. Its really weird though Its hard to pinpoint what movements/area is hurt.

Anyways,I upped the weight and lowered the reps a bit for this session. Nothing bothered my shoulder...suprisingly not even the pull ups.

Superset:
BW Pull Ups-close grip
10
8
6
5
5
--some negative work on these

Seated Row--medium width pull
90lbs X 12reps
105lbs X 12 reps
105lbs X 12 reps
110lbs X 10 reps

Superset:

Machine Iso Low Row
80 total lbs(40 ea) X 12 reps
100lbs(50 ea) X 12 reps
100lbs X 10 reps
120lbs(60ea) X 10 reps

One Arm DB Row
40lbs X 12 reps
45lbs X 10 reps
50lbs X 10 reps
55lbs X 10 reps(boy was this form crappy)

Had a pretty good amount of energy...Im not used to working out in the evening after a full day worth of meals and being awake. I usually lift at 6 or 7 am.

Banshee :~woohoo:

Hey Robcardu, sorry it took me so long to get back to you! :) Thanks for the advice on seeing the doc for the shoulder. I may have to, I think Im going to leave it alone for one more week and see how it goes. I always get the dumbest injuries. :( Awesome that you have a bunch of time to train!!! Dont feel bad about writing in my log, I dont care one bit!! Im glad to see what youre up to. :) Do you need help with anything in particular? Id love to help.

----Well we just bought a house this weekend, so things were kinda hectic. :) Im back to it now though. Were really excited about the house!!

Monday

70lbs total X 14 reps
80lbs total X 12 reps
80lbs total X 12 reps
Dropset-
90lbs X 5 reps--80lbs X 6 reps--70lbs X 4 reps

Flat DB Flyes
30lbs(ea) X 12 reps
25lbs(ea) X 14 reps X 3 sets
---these were really hard for some reason. Decided to drop the weight and get a better stretch and squeeze.

Abs
Superset

Hanging Leg Raises
12 reps X 3 sets
