Below is the routine i was doing some weeks ago, and no, it's not too much for me.. my shoulder problem has been with me even before i did any type of Physical fitness.. I'm currently, SLOWLY.. going off my Effexor XR (Anti-depressent) and i've been off my anti-psychotic (Geodon and Risperdal) for a month or so.
But for now until my therapy is over, i just do cardio and small un-equipped excercises.



Stretch both days

DAY ONE:
Incline Bench Press, 5 sets. of 8
Flat DB press 5 sets of 8
Pec Deck 5 sets of 8
BB shrugs 5 sets of 8
DB rows 4 sets of 8
Low Pulley Row 4 sets. of 8
Ab rope crunches 5 sets of 8
Torso twist 4 sets of 8


DAY TWO:
Military Press or Dumbbell Press 4 sets of 8
Upright Rows 4 sets of 8
Side Laterals 4 sets of 8
Bent laterals DB 4 sets of 8
Front Laterals 4 sets of 8
DB curls 4 sets of 8
Straight bar curls 4 sets of 8
Tri-Extensions 4 sets of 8
Ab rope crunches 4 sets of 8
Machine crunches 4 sets of 8

DAY FOUR:
Warms ups
leg stretch,

Squats 4 sets of 8
Leg press 4 sets of 8
Leg Extensions 4 sets of 8
Hamstring press/leg prs 4 sets of 8
Standing Calf Raises 4 sets of 8
Seated Calf Raises 4 sets of 8
Hip adduction 4 sets of 8
Machine ab crunches 4 sets of 8
Gripless ab crunches 4 sets of 8

Stretch-legs,quads,hams
