I got caught off-gurd today when my 24/7 gym closed at 8pm for some renovations and I showed up at 7pm and realized I had one hour to work out my legs so I had to take it easy, since it wasnt hardcore ill just list the movements and not the reps/weight.
Legs:
Leg Press
Front Squat
Leg Extension
Leg Curl
Seated Calve raises and standing
Sorry guys been busy ever since the semester started, hard to keep record of diet and log but this is what I've been doing with some inspiration from Fahads routine.
Day 1:Back/Tris-light high rep
Day 2:Chest/Bis-light high rep
Day 3:Legs/Shoulders-light high rep
Day 4:Off-heavy sleepage lol
Day 5:Back/Tris-heavy
Day 6:Chest/Bis-heavy
Day 7:Legs/Shoulders-heavy
Been working really good today is the last day of one shift so ill post up the specifics after that and im gonna give this muscle 2x a week a go for a few months see how it goes.
