BB Military Press(light/fast): 95x14x3sets
BB Lateral Raise: 95x12x2sets 105x10 65x16
DB Real Delt Laterals: 40x14x3sets
Shrugs: 225x30 275x25 365x12 225x20
Did a few sets of some forearms, got tomorrow off for turkey day (which im not even eating turkey on lol)

I forgot to put yesterdays workout in had some PC issues.

Chest/Bis:
Incline BB Press: 135x12x2sets 185x10 225x6 135x12
Did one set of Flat DB Press w/ 100lbx6 but went back to flat didnt wanna switch back so soon
Flat Press: 135x12 225x8x2sets 135x12
Decline Press: 225x14 315x8x2sets
Flyes: 150x12 165x12 180x10 200x10
Seated EZBar Curls: 75x12 95x10 115x8
DB Arm Wreslting Curls: 40x10x3sets
Coleman Curls: varied weight 3 sets

Leg Extensions: 195x12x2sets warmup
Squats: 135x12 185x10 225x8 185x10 135x12
Hack Squats: 135x12 185x10 225x8
Lunges: 95x12 115x12 135x8 95x12
Leg Curls: 110x12 125x10 140x8
I did about 10 total sets for calves im just to lazy to type it up but its your basic stuff with my normal weight

DB Military press: 55x14x2sets 70x10x3sets
BB Military press(speed): 95x14x4sets
DB Side Laterals: 35x12x2sets 25x14x2sets
DB Rear Delt Lats: 40x14x3sets
BB Shrugs: 225x30 275x20 365x8 225x14

After this I did about 4 sets of forearms and left.

lookin good digink!

have you ever thought about doing traps on back day? ive experimented with doing traps on shoulder day and doing them on back day and i think doing them w/ back is much better. i just got a better pump, especially on days i deadlift. just my opinion...but everything is lookin great

Never tried them on back day my old training partner got me into doing them on shoulder days, but ill switch it up and see how it goes. Your prolly right though it would work better not that I think of it.
