yeah i been training 2 years straight, very serious at this. eat bout 5000 off season for the last 3 month since i been on summer. im only 15 1/2 yrs old all natural

3 months ago i was 215 now im 225 so i gained 10 lbs.

my numbers are

225 bench 8 reps
225 barbell rows 8 reps
75lb DB shoulder press 8 reps
360 lb hack squats 6 reps
600 lb leg press 9 reps
110 barbell curl 6 reps
205 smith machine shoulder press 6 reps
100 lb dumbell rows
90 lb DB incline presses
45 lb incline curls 8 reps
deadlift 315 6 reps

tell me what u think

only 315 on deadlift 6 times? im only 16 and do 420 pounds 5 times, but over all ur a strong kid

im pretty sure my deadlift is up maybe 335 lbs 6 reps, I last recorded the 315 like 3 months ago (when i was 215)

just so you know, everyone can talk the talk... until you provide some good quality judable pictures i suggest you to keep it humble, and take my advice for real life too not just the internet, it doesnt look good when a guy compliments himself so much without a backup.

I'm not saying i dont belive you about your lifts, i just say body building is not powerlifting maybe on a power lifters board those would get a lot of attention but here we need to see you not your lifts numbers.
