man, I really need to get back to keeping a journal.
I am in my 5th week of UD2 right now and cutting sucks! Not being able to throw around my normal weights in the gym is very disturbing! Anyways, monday and tuesday are glycogen depletion days, wednesday low cals, thurs + fri carb load, saturday power workout.
On monday and tuesday I do full body workouts. The only thing I dont like about UD2 is that your knees take a beating so I have to use leg press for 3 out of the 4 workouts and leave squats for the power workouts. My knees don't like going ATF 4x per week
