What's up people, thought I would start my journal here. I'll start my log on monday with my first workout.

Stats as of 8/20/05
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 175
BF%: ~20%

incline db press: 90s x 6
barbell row: 245 x 4
deadlift: 415 (shotty form, working on it)
squat: 275 x 4


currently bulking, and I am trying to get my diet in order. Mostly all summer I have been eating whatever, just trying to eat a lot. I have put on a lot of fat and my gut is getting bigger by the day. By summer 2006 I would love to be rowing 315 and squatting 405, I can dream right?

Today's workout was good, poundages used may seem very low, but I guarantee you with worse form I could throw around a lot more weight. I train for hypertropy not ego. Now I must eat. Peace

man, I really need to get back to keeping a journal.

I am in my 5th week of UD2 right now and cutting sucks! Not being able to throw around my normal weights in the gym is very disturbing! Anyways, monday and tuesday are glycogen depletion days, wednesday low cals, thurs + fri carb load, saturday power workout.

On monday and tuesday I do full body workouts. The only thing I dont like about UD2 is that your knees take a beating so I have to use leg press for 3 out of the 4 workouts and leave squats for the power workouts. My knees don't like going ATF 4x per week

oh yea, I am also already planning my next bulk : I'm about to order 18lbs of cytogainer :)

thanks man, I'm trying, but this cutting is hell for me, since I have never cut before. But I am learning valuable information about my body so that when I cut in the future I will be better about it.

your not near fat man.. keep at what your doing.. gaining muscle will require some sacrifice to gain fat.
