Ireland - leave Boston June23, till July9 back to Boston. Going to still play around with the TKD idea for a little bit. No more than April. HIt it d.p.s keto for may and june. and drop all that water weight i am prbly going top pick up with some carbs and the ph.

Oyeah, once we touch down in DUblin I am hitting up a Supp Shop to grab some Protein Powder and Bars(only for when on the road) and maybe EFA or something else.

prbly, unless i find a brand from there, which i dont think i will.lol. Gotta do what you gotta do. Protein and maybe something along the lines of UN's Animal Omegas.

I think i will shoot Raab, i think is his name, he is from Dub, a message.

Did not make it to the gym, screw something up in my foot this morning when i went out for cardio. when i put my sneakers on for the gym, if flared up big time. going to put my feet up for the rest of the day and enjoy it. On the outside of my foot either the bone or ligament running along it. Miss legs this week, haaha, the one workout i have never ever minded missing. Shoulders and Bi's tomorrow.

Foot is still bothering me, so i did not go for morning cardio. seems to be worse when i wear my sneakers that i typically do for the gym. my layout is going to look like this for awhile:

    Sunday- off
    Monday- Deadlifts/Traps/Rear Delt pump
    Tuesday- off
    Wednesday- Chest/Tri's
    Thursday- Legs
    Friday- Delts/Bi's
    Saturday- Back

Still playing around with were i want to plug in FSt7 for the big pump at the end. Like today it seemed to really add on time dedicated to delts. I like it with chest, tris, bis, might not do it on delts and not sure about back, see tomorrow.

My layout is based on loosely Powerbuilding, the Muscle and Brawn Way but with some extra volume. 4-5 for the big groups and 2-3 for the smaller. and traps with the deadlifts.

That's an insane workout. Does your foot hurt when you wear any shoes other than your gym shoes?

just faintly, so my gym shoe must have pressure on the sore spot since they were what i was wearing when i wnet for the jog the other day, which is why tomorrow i am going to switch it up with the sneaker change and do cardio on the bikes for a bit. till it goes away.

Cant afford to do any more damage, with my vacation already planned out can not go in a boot or anything since that would drastically effect my job.
Just got to stay off it as much as i can when not at the gym or work. no shopping for me, lol. and i planned on picking up some new threads.
Gym shoes = noticable limp to do pressure/pain
Other shoes/barefoot = i know it is present and sore but walk regularly

As much as i love bb and db rows, might skip those and work back from more cable pulls and hammer strength machines just to get off my feet with the heavey weights.

Found a site in Ireland for supps. have to see if it would be ok for me to order and have shipped to the first relatives house that we are staying at upon landing. If so I would be getting Animal's Omega.
But when it comes to protein I could either go with a blend, looking at

German American Technologies Muscletein Ultra-7 Protein 5lbs
SYNTRAX MATRIX 5.0 (have had their Nectar version before and very tasty.
was thinking BSN Synta6 but more carbs than i would like to have, since i will not have the opportunity to workout daily.

If I go with just a whey could go

    ULTIMATE NUTRITION ISO SENSATION 5lbs
Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey 5lbs gold standard

or go off the wall, lol
    MuscleMeds Carnivor Beef Protein 4lbs

I have plenty of time to figure it out. Just throwing it out there.
Kinda leaning towards a blend just cause I will have everything covered if it is longer than i would like betwn meals. so top 2 are GAT and Syntha, both would give me plenty for 2 shakes a day. GAT would give 2hakes for 16days, Syntha 2 shakes for 19days

Syntha6 is a great tasting protein, but it does have an ample amount of carbs.

that is why i was orginally looking at it because of the taste, then looking at the label i was reminded of the big carb count.

Looks like Scivations Solution5 is might to be avalible over there, for at least the second half of the trip.

What else is available? Dymatize Elite Whey Isolate is amazing and obviously low on carbs.

not a fan of it. have the Banana flavor, does not sit well for some reason.

Lets just say we are very spoiled when it comes to Supplement avaliability over here in the States

I have just under 10wks to figure it out. IF I order things and have shipped to the first place i am staying at, almost anything.

Store wise it is hard to tell, talked to one guy on another forum and he owns a store but is on the second half of the trip. He has cellucor, musclemeds, scivation, Sci-Mentor(a uk compnay, basically looks like scivation) MHP.

Online from one site: ids, GAT(has a low carb blend) ON(wish they had pro complex) Syntrax (very low carb blend), Muscle Milk, inner armour, gaspari and ultimate nutrtion and some Irish/Uk brands.

I would link the site that was recommend but you know how that goes.

that is tastey stuff, mmmm strawberry cream.
None of the sites that I have seen.

Ultimate Nutrition that is carried is an Iso, ULTIMATE NUTRITION ISO SENSATION, just 1carb so 2g with 2scoops 60g pro

SYNTRAX MATRIX is a blend with 2carbs per scoop, so 4with 2scoops giving 22g pro ( i have had this brand's Nectar version and it is very very tastey)

Trying to see what are the chances of traveling with protein in a carry on or checked for international flights, if new/sealed.
That way I could bring what ever i wanted prbly on 2-3lber and not a 5lber and bring Animal Omega aswell.

Are you getting enough fat? Remember in a ketogenic diet most of your calories should be coming from fat.

pretty good, kinda put a crisp on the egg depending how much you use since it has a high smoke point. I use to use MacNutOil all the time but ran out, EVOO was no good on eggs. Went to the spray stuff for a bit, but prefer to use an oil. Actually need to get some more, prbly will get a bigger bottle this time around. BTw peanut oil stinks up the place when you cook eggs with it, lol. NEver use the walnut, when i cook ground meat, or any other type of meat in a wok like pan I use EVOO since i can get it at BJ's a wholesaler place in large volume for cheap.

It's amazing how the grapeseed oil just completely changed the taste of the eggs, and I agree, made them a little bit more crispy. I loved it.

Tomorrow I am going back to Daves keto diet. Dont like TKD, granted it has added some to the workout while taking SLin San, but it is not for me( the tkd, love the slin sane, going to finish what i have when i have my carb meals, maybe the following day not sure). I prefer the keto for 6/7 days a week, with that meal to look forward to. Get me through the week. So after a quick 2wk try of tkd, just not feeling. So my friend has he carb meal tonight, if i meet up with him for it i start the DP'sKeto tomorrow, if i dont go out then it starts today. The psychological edge of not having a cheat meal on tkd, and since i workout in the am/early afternoon, the carbs are gone in my day before i know it, plus i could stand to get a little leaner before going to Ireland, haha.
Maybe some point i will try the tkd thing again but with a cheat meal in the future, just to break things up.

Going to Olive Garden. Meeting my sister since she does not have any classes today, taking her out to lunch before she graduates from college. Keto tomorrow, lol.

Going to try it every leg workout.
