Going to have my egg meal, just whites, need to get Omega3 eggs later today. Going to have organic turkey bacon(without sugar aswell) to go with the eggs and the morning supps (Omega3 and 6, Multi Vit, SuperCissusRx, LiverJuice, HammerPlex(ph).
Going with my GrandFather to book the tickets to Ireland and most of the hotels and rental car. Going to try to stay at some family places and smalll B&Bs. Ireland - leave Boston June23, till July9 back to Boston. Going to still play around with the TKD idea for a little bit. No more than April. HIt it d.p.s keto for may and june. and drop all that water weight i am prbly going top pick up with some carbs and the ph.
Oyeah, once we touch down in DUblin I am hitting up a Supp Shop to grab some Protein Powder and Bars(only for when on the road) and maybe EFA or something else.
