actually yes i have. i decided to do it b/c it really "finishes" off the muscle group. over the past couple of months my jeans keep getting tighter and tighter around my thighs....as of now they dont fit anymore....

as for jeans .. yes they getting tighter and tighter .. especailly from glutes area :) .. we have to buy new stuff :)

Yea...all of my sessions are about an hour or so. I didn't want to do calves and spend almost 2 hours in the gym so I just figured I would give them a separate day

good job .. a long time passed since i did BB press for shoulder .. i'd rather doing DB more than BB .. btw good workout man

thanks man...i did DB press quite some time but once i start to go lower reps I will move back to BB. I do something similar w/ chest, when i get to lower reps I will do flat bench first instead of incline first:)

so u prefer going heavy with lower reps by BB more than DB .. don't u ?:) .. i don't know what's the point that ?.. but a lot of guys consider the BB for lower reps and the DB for moderate

yep, the main reason I do it is b/c I have plans on entering powerlifting comps. I also think it would be somewhat easy to injure yourself if you go low reps with DB's
