Today was my first day back training legs in two weeks. I got fatigued really fast and have lost quite a bit of my gains. Hopefully I will get them all back in a month or so. Well here it is...

squat (10,8,8,6) 315,335,355,375ibs...375, 9 times
leg presses on sled (10,10,10) 360,450,540...540, 19 times
lunges (8,8,8) 60ibs

lying leg curls (8,8,8) 70ibs...got the last set 12 times
standing leg curls (10,10,10) 30ibs

donkey calf raise (12,12,12) 220,240,260
seated calf raise (12,12,12) 80,85,90
calf raise on sled (10,10,10) 290,310,450...450, 12 times if I remember right

I decided to add lunges in today. I think I needed to add another workout for quads. And the 450 for the last set in calf raise was just b/c i wanted to see if I could do it...and I did so I increase a lot in that workout. Pretty good day, 1st day back in two weeks and im feelin it. I can barely walk but it feels good.

Your strength is awesome!
P.S If you incorporate some stomach vaccums or anything similair to exercise your transverse abdominus you might overcome any lower back pain and you can get back into smashing deadlifts.

Nah I dont have any pictures right now. Right now im bulking and im still tuning my diet. Over the summer I literally ate everything and put on some weight. I do abs, I just dont post it on here.
