T.O. - thanks man, its good to be back

BigBen - yea, finally back at it for sure

For the guys who have cut before. Do you ever experience achy joints from cutting? My knees, even hips (once or twice) and sometimes shoulders feel achy. Not a real bad ache, like not being able to sleep at night but its real slight.

i can help field this one! when your body fat is higher it helps lubrecate your your joints so having a lower bodyfat would provide less lubrecation from fats for the joints. Glucosemine is teh shiznitt!

thanks Tweak, I've been taking TKE Joint Boost for about 5 weeks now and I've noticed a little difference. But, bigben that actually makes a lot of sense when I think about it now. When I upped my EFA intake they did get better, so maybe I will up EFA's a little once again. Especially since it isn't a major ache or pain it's very slight. As I have said before this is my 1st time cutting so its a whole new experience to me...

EDIT: im sure the amount of weight i put on is part of the problem too..hopefully some of this crap goes away once i get down to a decent weight and start bulking again.

EFA's are the best man .. combining them with glucosimne .. will be work better
