I believe in timing your carbs around 4 meals a day. Breakfast, pre-workout, post-workout, and post-post-workout. If you add before bed into that, you have 5 meals a day. That's all you need, IMO. Or, you could mash breakfast and pre-workout together.

watsup dudes today was shoulders and traps it went down like this:

DB military press: 1x8-65lbs 1x7-65lbs 1x7-65lbs
seated lateral raises: 1x825lbs 1x8-25lbs 1x8-25lbs
bentover lateral raises: 1x8-25lbs 1x8-25lbs 1x8-25lbs
reverse pec deck: 1x8-145lbs 1x8-160lbs 1x8-145lbs
bb shrugs: 1x15-225lbs 1x15-225lbs 1x15-225lbs

thanks guys idk about adding sets to the compunds i guess i could but i just like t5o go as heavy as possible for three sets i dont like high volume i like high weight lol and ive been posting around just not in my log lol i kept forgetting my logbook at home lolll but today was back it was pretty intense here it is :

WG Pullups: 1x8-b/w 1x8-b/w 1x7-b/w
DEADLIFTS: 1x6-275lbs 1x5-275lbs+45lb chains on each side 1x5-275lbs+chains
lat pulldowns: 1x8-140lbs 1x8-160lbs 1x8-140lbs
tbar rows: 1x8-2 plates 1x8-2 plates 1x7-2 plates
hs rows: 1x8-145lbs 1x7-145lbs 1x7-130lbs

i dont think its really imperative to hit the muscles back to back, as long as you can give each exercise the same amount of effort it really has no bearing on growth at the end of the day

MASSIVE leg day today boys i improved my squat technique and implemented "spreading the floor" the results were ridiculous here it is:

Squats: 1x8-225lbs 1x8-235lbs 1x8-255lbs new PR
leg press: 1x10-270lbs 1x8-360lbs 1x4-450lbs
Leg ext: 1x8-215lbs 1x8-225lbs 1x8-225lbs
Smith calf raises: 1x15-205lbs 1x12-255lbs 1x12-255lbs

i feel like ****ing he-man after those squats I HAVE THE POWER!!! loll

Congrats on the PB. 255 lbs. is some big weight, brother. Do you go nice and wide when you squat?
Btw, I would ditch the leg extensions and do SLDLs. Compounds all the way.

ye i have my feet set wide now, powerlifter style. it definitely helps put up higher numbers. and ye i kno but i feel like braindead after squats and leg presses lol like i just killed like a million brain cells haha sldls would be sooo taxing
