MASSIVE leg day today boys i improved my squat technique and implemented "spreading the floor" the results were ridiculous here it is:
Squats: 1x8-225lbs 1x8-235lbs 1x8-255lbs new
PR
leg press: 1x10-270lbs 1x8-360lbs 1x4-450lbs
Leg ext: 1x8-215lbs 1x8-225lbs 1x8-225lbs
Smith calf raises: 1x15-205lbs 1x12-255lbs 1x12-255lbs
i feel like ****ing he-man after those squats I HAVE THE POWER!!! loll
