well today was a good pump in my back.was a bit tired today but eventually got over it with some anabolic mass during my workout.so here it goes my back work out-
THURSDAY-

started out with some good stretching of the lats.(chins)
DEADLIFTS
130 X 8
160 X 6
200 X 4
220 X 4
250 X 4

(WIDE.GRIP) LAT PULLDOWNS
70 X 12
100 X 10
110 X 8
150 X 8

DUMBELL ROWS
60 X 6
70 X 6
80 X 4

B.O BARBELL ROWS(UNDERHAND.GRIP)
90 X 10
110 X 8
110 X 8

30 minutes cardio.
was hoping to do some low cable rows and T-bar rows but was cut for time

anyway just wondering what people think?

enjoyed 2nites workout really hit it especially with the deadlifts i love the feeling you get you know your growing straight away
my weight at the moment is 195lbs so hoping to get up to 225lbs soon hopefully the deadlift,the squat,and the bench press will help me along the way

lol.. yea no problem, i`ll follow along with your training thread,

deads and squatting will for sure help with your other lifts, they have made a huge difference in strength for me in the last couple of months,
good luck with the training, and your goal to 225
