Ok guys and gals!!

Im gonna try to update this log everyday.I have started one or two before but never followed thru with them.I have a busy life lol
Hers my plan, starting yesterday Monday November 16th I started my fairly clean bulk (after a week of being more or less off my diet since the show).I was 176 1/4 at the show and I am as of this morning 206. My plan is to get to about 225 maybe 230 staying under 12% BF.This will only be a 5 week bulk. Those of you that know me also know that I use so I will be doing a 5 week cycle during my bulk then I will be changing my cycle for the cut.Its just a simple very simple cycle not much of anything. Just test prop, adex and gh. Not sure what dosage of prop gotta talk to my guy.I will be running 5 ius of gh a day. and 1 mg of adex every other day.

My diet is as follows

6 oz beef 8 egg whites 1 cup of oats 1 bananna

8 oz chicken 12 oz red skin potatoes

10 oz steak 1 1/2 cups rice (this is my post workout meal)

10 oz chicken 9 oz sweet potatoe

10 oz turkey 1 cup veggies

10 oz steak 1 cup veggies

I will have a dessert with every last meal of the day

I will also snack on 6 tbs of peanut butter throughout the day

Suppose to keep sodium low

I also have a cheat meal every 5th day!!

As you can tell i like to keep things simple. Dont over complicate things or you just get frustrated and give up.

Subscribed. I like the idea of splitting your leg movements in two sessions in one day too. You should hit your goals with no problem.

just a question, why so much a-dex on a bulk? are you estro sensitive? The water shouldn't be a problem unless you have bp issues. I'd personally drop it to .5eod or, better yet, grab some proviron. but, you've been doing this a while so feel free to tell me to gfm.

legitimate question my friend. I dont feel that 1 mg every other day is that high.Starting 4 weeks out from show its everyday.Running it like I am on a bulk your gains wont be as high but imo are much better gains

Chest day boys

Again keeping it simple but I got one helluva pump.I couldnt reach across with one hand to scratch the opposite shoulder lol

Dumbbell incline press 4x8-12 started with 100s ended with 140s

Hammerstrength incline press 4x8x12 started with 225 ended with 405

Hammerstrength flat press 3x8-12 started with 225 ended with 315 My chest was gone by this time.

Pec dec 7s (30 sec rest 10-15 reps) started with 85 ended with 130 I think
will alternate with cable crossovers every other workout.

I am trying to bring up my upperchest some before april!

fair enough, and you know how your body responds best by now.

On another note, I like that you don't do crazy volume like a lot of folks. I think that there are people here that could learn a thing from reading this log...I mean your volume is high, but not insane like so many guys I see...

This is actually more volume than I am use to.I usually stay 10-12 rep range and 3 maybe 4 exercises but not the 7s to often

BTW Cork, delt is doing much better.Dont ask me why I never took time off, never had surgery..nothing but I do not feel it anymore its at least at 95%!!
I honestly believe my last cycle helped it

Today was Shoulders!!! My Favorite body part of all times !!!!!!

Military press on smith machine
4x8-12 went up to 315

DB front raises 4x8-12 up to 50s. Honestly im not sure why I am hitting front delts directly I was told to quitdoing that when I was preparing for show because they over power my rears and bis but gotta admit I love hitting them!

upright rows 4x8-12 up to 135

machine side raises 7s 10-15 reps 30 sec rest

standing db shrugs slightly bent forward 4x8-12 up to 150s

do you do your bent over db later raises seated or standing bent over?
and 50`s on front db raises? holy crap i`m pretty sure i only go for 35`s tops on them,
great to see you posting the poundages your moving, lets me know how i`m looking compared to someone as strong as yourself, you have very strong shoulders kaboom!

Thanks Mikey!!! Shoulders are my favorite.
Ill usually warm up with like 25s then I will go 40 ,45, 50s. shooting for 12 but usually end up with 8 or 9 on last set

damb bro, 2- awesome workouts. no doubt your pushing and pulling some massive wt. Bentover db lat raises with 45s....and one arm db rows with 150s, thats fu*king awesome. Do you use lifting straps on shrugs, rows etc. when your going this heavy.

thanks bro, yeah i use straps for shrugs anything over 315,db rows I have to use for anything over 110
The barbell rows are with a reverse grip so I really dont need to use the straps on them

cool. I use to have a trainer buddy years ago that said that straps defeated the purpose, but i have always liked to use them. I would tell him that if anything was defeating the purpose, it was losing your grip before you could finish your exercise. I guess everyone has there opionon! On your mil. press how far you coming down, im coming down to about the chin area. Any further on me and i get the shoulder tweek.
