This is the fastest growing thread I've ever seen haha. Stretching will help and the more you squat the easier the motion should be in terms of flexibility. I'll keep checking in.

You better get at least 8 hours, Mike! It's best to do static stretching post workout, and dynamic pre-workout. Never do static pre.

I was reading and watching some videos, it seems that some guys are using reverse bands reducing lower portion of the lift weight on max days and going with bands increased upward movement and chains on dynamic days.

I was reading you can use a band that would make 135 pounds weightless at your chest and adding the extra weight on so you have regular bench weight at the bottom you use and get a lot more weight at the top to strengthen the lockout.

I've been trying this, I think it is awesome to use.

sounds like it would be like having a spotter of some sort using a band to lessen the load on the weights, my stands really dont have any place or set up for bands but it does sound like a good idea though.

oh i wish, got up about 3 hours after i went to bed, going to go back to bed now, and finish off my sleep.. working about 2-3 this after noon..

so for today, i`m going to be working and wont be home until late tomorrow, not sure whats on the program for training yet, probably do legs again since they are my weakest and hardest to grow body part,, other than that i slept like crap last night, shoulder feels better today, so the next day off rest should help it out, i`ll do some stretching to help keep it limbered up like zir red was saying to do.. and take some ibuprofen as well...

You gotta get some sleep brotha!! Is the problem not being able to fall asleep or just not enough time for sleep? I take melatonin when I cant fall asleep and it helps. I still dont get enough though, life can be soooo hectic!

i have sleep issue`s, cant take prescription sleep aids anymore since they dont work, i use melatonin about 18g a night along with over the counter sleep aids, every night or day or when ever my schedule actually calls for sleep.
biggest problem is i have had a job for 20yrs that has no set schedule, no days off, and i`m on call basically after 12 hours when i get home, my sleep pattern is horrid, plain and simple this job has fu.cked up my sleep, so there ya have it, i`m going to order some new stuff called comatose made by ALRI, i used x-dream and it worked great, but i`m going to try this new one as stated see how that works..

Why do you guys have these sleep issues, is it from added stress and what not? I've never had any problems (knock on wood).
