M2: 170g Chicken Thigh + 100g Raw Broccoli.
M3:1x Horley's Ripped + 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil.

Ahhh full as!

Yesterday it was so freaken hot I stripped down to underwear and thought I was alone in the house, so as you do I walked down and across the hall to get to the shower. My roommate walked out at the same time and saw me half nekked! Bahahaha.

She was pretty cool about it though and just said "So I wasn't the only one thinking of doing that!" Mad embarrassed, LUCKLY I had my fake tan on and pretty underwear! Bahaha.

Some bodybuilder told me that they sell Clen at a Gym close by to my work... He told me that if I was 'extra' nice to him he could talk to a mate and get me a good deal.

Pfffttt! Yeah right pal!

1. I'm not like the easy bimbo's that you have hanging around so NO I will not be 'extra' nice to you!
2. I'm pretty happy with diet and exercise to get lean, mmmkay?

How long do you plan on holding out keto for? How often are refeed days?

If I were you I'd change breakfast to whole food; some cheese, eggs and sausage. Thats what I used for keto back in the day and it tasted great too!

Are your workouts always geared towards HIIT/cardio or will you be lifting weights as well?

(If your underwear post doesn't elicit more responses, I don't know what will)

I wouldn't use coconut oil for a keto diet. I could see there being some advantages preworkout for a little boost, but other than that I wouldn't use it.

I would stick to whole foods unless you try to bulk and can't make weight.

I'm doing Keto as a lifestyle thing... Seriously carbs put me to sleep and make me a miserable person. I haven't really decided about re-feed days, I think when I stall I'll give it a go? Hmm I'll have to see, I suppose.

Sausages are full of processed crap aren't they? Although I do want to try the Kangaroo Sausages that I saw at Coles yesterday... Yeah, I used to eat alot of Eggs and Cheese consider them back on the menu! :P

Ummm, I love HIIT the only problem I have is that I'm not very confident with weight training.

I do have access to a gym, but they are all really big guys there and I look so stupid going in there, plus when I get nervous I freak out and forget what exercises I planned to do and mess up.

Bottom line is: I'm not confident with weight training especially in front of guys that look like they can snap me with thier pinky fingers and I suck at planning out effective training routines.

Hahaha, thank god my roommate didn't freak out and surprisingly it's not alkward like I thought it would be...

Okay, Coconut oil is out except for pre-workouts. :) Thanks Thomas!

Hahaha, I feel like I should be paying you for your info since you know your Keto stuff better then anyone else!

My diet is pretty boring but I love it.

I also love eating things RAW and like my red meat especially bloody and salty... Blue Steak = Best. Ehh, I know I'm a freak. My friends think I seriously have a problem. LOL!

But my Motto is: If it's possible to eat it raw, I will.

You don't have low confidence in the gym, don't go there to compare yourself with other people, just go and put the work in.

You can eat sausages.

Personally, I have great respect for any girl who goes in and lifts like I do. Go right up to that dumbell rack and show those dudes who's boss (as long as you don't mind being stared at, haha).

I'll look up the links because i've lost them by now. But the negatives i've read about MCT's like coconut oil is that they raise up ketone levels, thats why I think replacing a majority of the fat with just coconut oil is a bad thing.

Your right. It's up to me if I want to change myself for the better.
Trust me, I feel like an idiot when I do compare myself it's something I gotta get over. Self criticism has always been something I'm good at.

Hell yes to the sausages! I'm picking some up tomorrow.

I do have the Extra Virgin kind, also Organic. It's from my store. :)

Hahaha, the problem is I wouldn't know what to do with it. LOL. My form would be completely out of whack. I need to get a newbie book on weight training, I'm only really used to doing body weight and cardio.

If anyone has any suggestions on a good training plan, I'm all ears! :) :)

Haha, It seems like nobody else can handle them! :p
Ahhh thanks rmike! :) They aren't sexist or anything, it's just that I feel out of place in a testosterone dominated fight gym! Hahaha!

It's also nice to hear from someone that I'm on the right track too! :)

I think I have read that somewhere too. Something about how it goes straight to your liver or something. Thats why it's good for a boost... Maybe if I don't use it as my only fat source in my diet it should be fine. Pre-workout's and maybe some in the morning if I need a pick me up?

Hell yes!!! I went to the gym!! Mwahaha!

I did have an anxiety attack in the bathroom though and thought I was going to pass out BUT I kept telling myself people are here to train and so are you! Nobody is looking at you they are too busy trying to improve themselves like you are!!

I know this is wierd, like seriously wierd... but I have a problem with social anxiety sometimes, especially in places where you can possibly be judged on appearance.
Combine that with being extremely and brutally self critical it's not cool being me sometimes! lol. Ahhh, it was totally ace! I did it! :) Complete milestone for me!
I think I will go tomorrow too! Haha!

A lot of people are critical of themselves. I am, I was in great shape then had a lot of personal issues come up and I hit a long rut I'm crawling out of.

Unless someone there is paying you to go to the gym or paying you to look good then don't worry about what anyone thinks. What anyone else thinks is inconsequential.

I still haven't found the links i'm looking for, the links im thinking about cover

1. Raising ketone levels

If I find the links tonight or tomorrow night i'll post them, essentially on a ketogenic diet you don't want things that directly raise ketone levels high. High ketones on a ketogenic diet trigger insulin release in healthy people, its the bodies natural way of keeping ketone levels low.

Ok this page has some of the stuff

MCT's (Medium Chain Triglycerides) - ProActiveHealthNet

More specifically using the MCTs preferentially to LCT's.

Its not wierd at all, ALOT of people feel the same way you do. Many of the people that you think may be judging you are worried about being judged themselves! Very good job on getting through it, you should be very proud of yourself! We are

Training is good, I'm still trying to sus out something thats good for me to do in regards to weight training.

I lost alot of strength from a couple of months ago and it's frustrating me that I can't even do 20 proper pull-ups. Where as I could do around 36 several months ago.

Bahhhh, I don't like it lol

Food, I have trying to have Carbs days or mornings and It's just not going to work! I overeat Carbohydrates and it sucks!!

I'll post my training plan soon. :) I really wanna get something started!!

Haha
good job on the getting past the anxiety attack , what a pain in the ass they can be, i also have social anxiety so i can def. relate to how you feel when the attacks rear their ugly head, best of luck with your training, and if you ever need to shout out about your attacks PM me, i know all about those damn things,, keep up the good work

Vegemite is nasty stuff. It's basically yeast poop.
