todays workout chest, should have done legs but to much cardio with the girl last night left my back sore

It's always good to vary your cardio workouts as well, different girls can help keep you from plateauing

Unfortunately for me today's cardio was eating two 4x4's from In-N-Out on the 8 minute drive from there to home.

thanks bro, weights actually coming down so is the strength. I still can put on shows, cant wait till feb to start bulking again :] currently 262 at 6%

thanks man, always been stronger then the average person since i started lifting at 15. I dont consider myself a powerlifter but i know i got some power. this log should lead up to the bulk cycle and a cut cycle and finally competition.

Arm volume seems low. Is this what you've always done? or is it because your going low carb? Guessing your arms don't need to much work and that could be another reason
