I remember the video of him doing 225 like 40 times but that was a while ago, cant find link. But anyways Prime i just found this log and wanted to say from some of the pics you posted up you would dominate Jr. Cal i seen some of the pics from the show as long as you stay injury free.

thanks bro, im no where near the competition date but Im ready to jump on stage at anytime.

starting to increase cardio<sex> twice a day, also doing 20min-25min HIIT very happy where things are going, training less and get better conditioning. 271 below 8% now, just started some t3 along with all the other goodies I got. got some insulin in the mail today

Ya Prime im just finishing my bulk cycle and going to trim down to prolly 5 % so i can start taking in some special Halloween candy. Im sitting in around 9-10% BF.

yeah I might do the Excalibur this year, I was originally thinking of doing it next year to qualify but if I can be 255 on stage all legs then I have a chance first time around.

You should do the Jr. Cal first dude - based on last year's contebders - you'd def walk away with some hardware! plus good practice for posing, etc. But i think it's a different name next year. (I heard that Lonnie got Jay again as the guest poser - you gotta go just to get a pic with him!)

I've seen Victor Martinez do it fairly easy and some other PROS do it but not many. That just shows how strong he (PRIME) is. haha.
