Was in a car accident back in may. I had a dislocated shoulder. It hasnt came out of place working out, but it has fighting. I can snap it back in place no problem now.

now worries still reppin 100db and way over 315 shoulder press actually hit it at the end of sets 10ish reps

used to, not any more. I do train boxing and train ppl in boxing at a local gym. I got three sanctioning MMA fights and 5 boxing. very active up into three years ago

haha yeah at the time I was 230-240 about 7%
boxing is great, helps builds quality shoulders and great cardio.

last night did a leg session

leg press machine

squats
225x15
315x15
405x15
495x10

leg extentions
5 sets of 15

leg curls
3 sets of 20

sld's
185x 5 sets

standing calves< I cramped up haha>
21's inner, outter mid x5 sets

cardio at midnight sex heart rate consistent between 160-180 for 38 mins, during I had some BCAA's and a shake post cardio

HAHA best cardio you can find. Might as well get you a couple 2 1/2lb plates and just do 500lb squats bro. lol Your a beast prime, ill be there if my back lets me.
I used to box too, best training for stamina and endurance imo. Definitely builds good shoulders too. When you were fighting, did you ever hear of a dude named Paul spadafora AKA the pittsburgh kid?

What BCAA are you taking? I was looking at BPS Anabolic 41 I think it's called from Orbit? Been looking around and it seems like a good deal. That or ON's BCAA powder or caps. Any suggestions? Also shoud it be a powder so it's easier/quicker to metabolise

Yeah I just asked because the dude I grew up with was pro for a couple fights until he went to the joint. We trained at the same gym in pittsburgh, thought maybe you saw him fight. He was actually on knockout kings for the playstation. lol
My back is cool, I just get pains sometimes when I squat up in the 400 region. Same with heavy deads. I think ill be alrite if I just take it slower and get back into it as I build myself back up to the heavy weights. You amaze me when I see your numbers. Your 1RM for squats must be close to a grand! No?

That 4 :1 :1 isnt bad from what I hear. Mikeh says it doesnt taste bad either. I use that wheybolic extreme protien powder that has aminos in it. I only do 2 shakes a day so it doesnt kill my funds.

I use anabolic 4 : 1 : 1 taste if fine i take it like prime in between meals upon waking pre, intra, post BCAA's are good ****,

Loving your log to Prime im getting keen to smack around the bag for a bit of cardio and since you recommend it ill give it a go

lol no spot, If i cant lift it without a spot then I wouldnt be doing it.


I really never try squatting for single rep, well since high school I guess. I like hi vol for legs, I get lazy in the gym and dont want to be moving around plates and stuff. I need a personal racker haha

Haha, I always find it ironic when people who work so hard in the gym call themselves lazy. I know how you feel though, I'm probably the laziest person I know. Pretty damn strong with the sholder lifts. Any plans for a new youtube vid?

I wanted to put one up of me pressing 315, my friend recorded me doing 24 reps but he only actually recorded 19 of the 24 haha. training for reps hurts my gains plus I had a slight re injured pec.
