starting my seventh week i think lol into cycle havent gained much but im happy with the gains

started 263 13%
now im 276 11% as of this morning

12lbs is not alot but when i drop 2% i notice the difference.
then again 12 week in 7-8 weeks isnt bad at all.

basic stuff

shake with oats

12 egg whites 3 cups oats 2 slice bread

turkey breast 10oz with a baked potato

train

shake WMS BCAA the ones from orbit yum yum

12oz chicken breast with green beans and yams

14oz salmon steak w/ white rice

supreme bar yum yum

its 5:20 in cali, got two more meals and a shake<casein>

hahaha, I can eat. I enjoy eating, I force feed a lot right now.
im in taking about 7-8k calories 500+ protein all food and for the first time Im carb cycling and loading what not.

Lol hes a machine! I would choke to death on 3c of oats! Or it would take me a lil while to get them down. Ill usually do a cup of oats with a spoon of peanut butter in them. Anyone else ever try that? Something I picked up in the joint, food options were limited

12oz chicken breast with green beans and yams

14oz salmon steak w/ white rice

supreme bar yum yum

its 5:20 in cali, got two more meals and a shake<casein>
Couple questions. You seem to eat a good amount of simple/starch carbs (white rice & potatoes) Ive never been big on white rice in the bulking stage (never really tried adding it on a bulk). Is this something I should consider adding to my bulk?? I generally stick with brown rice and sweet potatoes throughout the day

And what type of caseinate shake do you use? I never really have bought casein before but am looking towards that avenue to try something new

believe it or not I used to be about 175 5'10 as a freshman in high school, very hard gainer. was about to get up to 245 by the time i was a senior, and I mostly junked bulked, gains came fast but there were sloppy.

so I alternated complex carbs and simple carbs, see how my body reacts. I notice when I do starch carbs i gain quicker muscle although i do gain a bit more body fat naturally. when I do pure complex carbs my bodyfat instantly drops without even doing cardio and ill be able to keep the same weight.

currently using dymatize elite 12 protien along with ON's egg pro

That's exactly how I am. I was 140 as a senior in high school when I graduated I was around 175 and now in my second year of college I'm 215. The complex carbs seem to keep me super lean. I haven't gained bf quickly while I've been growing its very odd I've always stayed around 10-12% at most. I was like 5% in highschool cause I was a scrawny little bitch. lol! I'll have to try that. I use to eat baked potatoes all the time and it made me feel alot fuller. Now most of the time I eat 10-12 oz of chicken and 2 cups of brown rice with some whole wheat bread for example and I'm hungry like 30 mins later. haha. I just feel like i eat TOO CLEAN and need to add a little "junk"

I was the exact same way. 150 going into college. I'm in my last year and weigh 215. It's all about the diet and figuring out what works for you. Obviously prime knows what works for him too lol

yeah with all the therapy im above 100% and haven't had any reacquiring injuries.

I agree with you 100% on what you say about going from starch to complex carbs. I think if someone wants to get leaner without losing alot of weight thats the way to do it, although everyone is different. it works for me
