believe it or not I used to be about 175 5'10 as a freshman in high school, very hard gainer. was about to get up to 245 by the time i was a senior, and I mostly junked bulked, gains came fast but there were sloppy.
so I alternated complex carbs and simple carbs, see how my body reacts. I notice when I do starch carbs i gain quicker muscle although i do gain a bit more body fat naturally. when I do pure complex carbs my bodyfat instantly drops without even doing cardio and ill be able to keep the same weight.
currently using dymatize elite 12 protien along with ON's egg pro
