It feels great for squat day (knees) and deadlift day (lower back) Espically for my back it does not tighten up as bad.

I don't work out with a partner so I try to get that last rep in when I go heavy and I don't want to get pinned LOL. The smith does a pretty good job for my self. I know a lot of guys won't agree with it but It get's the chest pumped with blood.

I do work in DB's though for the stability mucsules.

Felt brolic today. Once again.

Weighing in about 195 on the digital scale and 200 on the old school one. I've droped some weight but strength has increased and bf has decreased.
