1 arm side cable raises (man this blasts the shoulders)

DB shrug's

100 x 10 This was way too easy

130 x 7 And these were damn good shrugs. Felt great.

Knocked out about 250 crunches.

Whohooooooo. I'm getting stronger! Weight is about the same.

yea that machine is good i tend to do it at the end cause i push the hole stack for over than 20 reps its an insane pump as a finisher and if you touch your chin to your chest it will blast your chest also great feeling.

Haha, I only weight about 200 or so lbs so when I push around 200 I start floating out of my seat :P

nice squat bro, 305x5 is brutal, and those numbers on leg extensions are insane, hell my machine goes up to 200lbs and i know i cant move the rack on leg extensions, bet your going to be feeling this tomorrow, nice!!

For some reason I've always been really strong at extension's. I use to ride bike's almost everyday. From BMX to mountain to Road. I'm thinking the muscules over the years just became really strong.

That's why I was doing 1 leg extension's for a while, because I was maxing out the stack. My joints don't bother me at all on it. I don't even wrap or anything on extensions. I remember some powerlifters I use to hang out with were like "WTF" how do you do that LOL.

Damn I forget to put icy hot on my knees pre workout. That's why my squats were lower than usuall. Grrr.

My squats have been out of wack latley. They are some deep mofo's though. I may need to take a week off from them and focus more on my ham's.

OR

I'll go 225 for 3 second holds. Man those feel great.
