For some reason I've always been really strong at extension's. I use to ride bike's almost everyday. From BMX to mountain to Road. I'm thinking the muscules over the years just became really strong.
That's why I was doing 1 leg extension's for a while, because I was maxing out the stack. My joints don't bother me at all on it. I don't even wrap or anything on extensions. I remember some powerlifters I use to hang out with were like "WTF" how do you do that LOL.
Damn I forget to put icy hot on my knees pre workout. That's why my squats were lower than usuall. Grrr.
My squats have been out of wack latley. They are some deep mofo's though. I may need to take a week off from them and focus more on my ham's.

I'll go 225 for 3 second holds. Man those feel great.
