Alright fellas, here's the official thread. We will post pictures of our scales every other Monday beginning today. And when we're not posting pictures of our scales, we will be trash talking each other all the way to the finish line lol. I believe that we decided that the end date will be January 1st, 2010. Gives everyone, (aka HP lol) a reasonable amount of time to get there. Some will be doing this naturally, and others will be having some help from stuff...

About them socks - I needed some big ol' wooly ones this morning!! Cold as feck...! Actually had to wear a coat on the way to the gym and even had the heaters on in the car!!!

I'm about 195, but would also need to drop bf% if we have to be at 10%.

Okay You could add some hair to Medics pics and u got me! hahahaha - He's the real competition (for me anyways) I was at 208 15% last week but after a wekend of hiking in the mountains I'm down to 204 this am! I'll tak a pic of my handsome toes and the scale tomorrow morning!

BTW I started taking Clen/Cytomel about 3 days ago - going to do that for a few weeks before I hit the juice.

Getlean your left arm is significantly smaller than your right, did you get an injury or something? Other than that you look great.

I have dislocated my left shoulder a couple times. It makes it hard to flex some muscles in certain positions without my shoulder sliding around. The measurements are actually very close to each other.
