It's going well, 2.5 weeks into the test e and i'm packing on the lbs! Although my diet hasn't been all that lately but I dont think i'm gaining any extra fat. My muscles are deffo looking fuller and my strength has gone up loads since I started training again. Good ol' muscle memory!
Proper diet is starting as from today. Need to knock off a couple % bodyfat - cause I can easily hit 220 with 40% fat lol.
