Yeah I really do try its so hard when I'm always rushing to go to school or work. Most of the time I eat my chicken then put my rice and veggies in a bowl and eat it on the way to school or work

Meal 7: 2 cups cottage cheese
a half cup of nuts

My post workout shake is: 50g whey isolate, 70ish grams dextrose, 5g creatine

You'll notice I eat ALOT of brown rice and ALOT of chicken. People say variety is key but I say if it works keep doing it. For me chicken and brown rice have always worked and I won't stop eating it til it stops working. I'll also usually throw it a piece or 2 of whole wheat bread for some meals to get some more calories and carbs. Sometime I get 6 meals sometimes 7 just depends. I eat alot and still its kinda hard to gain. My metabolism is ridiculous. I can't wait til it stops so I don't gotta eat so much. lol

Wow - damn nice diet, dude. That is a CLEAN bulk! I'd guess about 4500 cals? I've got to get a diet going - i'm just winging it now - mostly eating leftovers and supplementing with chicken breasts. I think the way you are approaching is is the way to go.

Yeah man it is really clean. Lol. It is around 4200-5000 a day depending. On Sundays I go around 3800 to kinda take a break shoot it back up another 1000 calories or so on Monday to jump start again. It is really hard to get a consistent diet going man I def understand how you feel. We have lives we aren't doing this for a living unfortunately. Haha

Hey dudes;
here I am after 2 weeks. I am making some progress - better living thru chemistry;-) Up 7 lbs - with a lot of extra cardio. (did have a chocolate cookie binge one night and I ate a CC cookie (giant one) today. Might be a lot of water with the juice.

Yeah - it's a little weird to gain so much so quickly - I was stable at 205 for about 6 weeks. must be a good bit of water. If you're lucky I will model all my best underwear over the next 3 months - LOL Including the ones with the smily face on the crotch....

I weighed in this morning, not sure why but I did..... 198.2 yeah boy (started at 191.8)!! It was straight after my morning piss!!

Only had 500mg of Test E as well, next 250mg is tomor so it cant be that already.

Yup, although I've been on holiday this week so I may have a Lil extra beer weight lol still worked out everday though! And knackered my knee whilst messing about on a zip line. Sucks. Can't train legs for a couple weeks now.

I'm gonna hit some ghrp6 and cjc again to try help with recovery and I'm gonna try get some gh as well.

Good Morning boys and girls...!!! Monday morning is upon us again!!!

203.8!!!

It's going well, 2.5 weeks into the test e and i'm packing on the lbs! Although my diet hasn't been all that lately but I dont think i'm gaining any extra fat. My muscles are deffo looking fuller and my strength has gone up loads since I started training again. Good ol' muscle memory!

Proper diet is starting as from today. Need to knock off a couple % bodyfat - cause I can easily hit 220 with 40% fat lol.

Here's the toe scale pic - no other visuals. 214lbs I started at 204 so that's a big 10 lbs in 1 month! i could have taken a pic of me trying on tight pants this am....(have an interview today) - yeaow - those pants from 2000 have shrunk again!

Here's last Sat's workout - it was a good one. i'm not totally thrilled with this cycle - lots of sides - but it's worth trying anyway.(test p + tren A) Strength has def increased a lot but no visible muscle gains, IMO.
