Most of it was yeah. I'd say I kept the same bf% as when i was around 200. I guess it was all in the muscle memory. I gained the weight back fairly quickly and since my shoulders got better I got to train heavier which in turn lead to some new growth as well.
As far as diet here's a rough outline. Obviously its not the same everyday I switch the foods up alot but try and keep this as my outline
Meal 1: 10egg whites 2 whole eggs
2 packets oatmeal and 1 banana
Meal 2: 12 oz chicken
2cups brown rice
Meal 3: 10oz lean 93/7 lean ground beef
4oz linguinie with 1 cup of spaghetti sauce
Meal 4: 12 oz chicken
2 cups brown rice or 2 medium sized sweet potatoes
Meal 5: 2 cans tuna with miracle whip
2 cups brown rice and some veggies
Meal 6: 12 oz chicken
2 cups of brown rice
Meal 7: 2 cups cottage cheese
a half cup of nuts
My post workout shake is: 50g whey isolate, 70ish grams dextrose, 5g creatine
You'll notice I eat ALOT of brown rice and ALOT of chicken. People say variety is key but I say if it works keep doing it. For me chicken and brown rice have always worked and I won't stop eating it til it stops working. I'll also usually throw it a piece or 2 of whole wheat bread for some meals to get some more calories and carbs. Sometime I get 6 meals sometimes 7 just depends. I eat alot and still its kinda hard to gain. My metabolism is ridiculous. I can't wait til it stops so I don't gotta eat so much. lol
