Project, I would do what HP recommends, a real good warmup before a2g squats. It's a stretch and if your tendons aren't used to it, your knees will bother you quickly.

ahh I was going to to say you dont really want to preexhaust your quads before squats. Thats my leg day order too but then calfs at the end.

I ment not doing working sets on leg extension

Thanks Medic - I'm doing a little cut now - trying a 2 week stint of clen & T3 so I can get as lean as my little bro, project - LOL Hope it does something 'cause i've been at 15% for a LONG time. BTW - proj youre lookin like 11-12% to me. No 6 pack but you don't have any love handles or chest/belly fat. Nice place to start dude.

Okay dudes - here it be! that's where I'm at a whooping 205.7!!! 6 am no food just went piss. and here's a body shot - doesn't get much more relaxed than that. you can see I have a nice protective layer of FAT which ranges from 1" thick at my waist to 1/2" on my chest and belly. Fingers and toes are quite lean - I'd say around 6% - LOL the rest, well, we're lookin at 15% at least. Going to start logging my diet too. I'm on 125 mg.week test as TRT - will start a cycle in Oct.

Ya mono. Last time I started taking it I think I only gained like 2 or 3 lbs water. Getting excited to hit 200 already.

Alright here's a pic with my shirt off. Unfortunately I am not allowed to get naked and weight myself at the gym. LOL! I wouldn't want to anyways there's some questionable characters around

I do have my shoes and shorts on so give or take 2 pds at most

Note: It should say 210.2 the 2 at the end kept fading in and out. I usually weigh around 207-208 with no clothes on

Here I am 195 pounds of an assortment of fat, muscles, and bones. The bulk I am on is working, but I can't take the growth in the midsection. I may be marching in place for a while as I am about to increase cardio to help keep the waist in check.

Critiques are welcome.

Thanks. Chest and abs have always been my strengths. That's why it hurts to see I added an inch on my waist. Now all I have to do is get the legs, delts, arms, calves, traps, and back to match.

I injured my sacroiliac joint (lower back) 3 weeks ago. I keep thinking im feeling better and going to gym every 4 days after I start to feel better and re injuring myself. Being in a comp would not help. Plus if bf is not being a factor I could probably gain 10 pounds in a week. Plus im on a cut I want to go down not up lol.
