I went a little bit more towards the high intensity side of the spectrum today. Very short rests. Tunnel vision the wholeee time. Including warm-ups, 25 minutes. The rests between sets of squats were probably only 30-60 minutes.

5 minutes on the treadmill
Dynamic stretches
SLDL- 45x15 95x13 (warm-ups) 135x13 155x13 185x13 175x13
Squats- 95x13 115x13 125x13 135x13

I woke up an hour and a half late this morning, so I didn't lift before school. But, I still got a session in, regardless. I've been feeling like I need to sleep a lot lately, despite that I slept 12 hours on Wednesday into Thursday. Haha, anyway, here's how today went down...

5 minutes on treadmill
Dynamic stretches
Seated mil. press- 10'sx13x2 45x13 (warm-ups) 55x13 60x12 65x12 70x11
Decline DB bench- 15'sx13 (feel set) 30'sx13 40'sx13 47.5'sx7 (personal best!) 30x13
Skulls- 45x13 45x12 45x11
Static stretches

I did some pretty short rest periods today, despite a killer headache. I think a recent influx of girls has made my test get a little higher.

You are already getting some good advice for getting huge.... deadlifts are always a great mass builder as well. <High volume can be a negitive factor when building big muscles.> Also don't be afraid to EAT BIG...

well I'm currently in school still, but I have my internship with Penske Truck Leasing, which I do on the weekends. It works out great because it's great pay, and it keeps me sane on the weekends because I'd be bored out of my mind, since I don't drink.

2, 4, 5, 6 year leases. We also rent trucks to local businesses and households, but the majority of our cash flow comes from the leasing side.

Anyone really. We lease not only the cabs, but the trailers as well. For example, McDonalds is one of our biggest accounts. Even though our name isn't on the trucks, they get them through us and they bring the trucks to use for maintenance and so forth.

Aild54 Thanks for the reply.. , Yes it is me in the advar at my age now of 54 but I used to be real skinny when I was in school,long,long ago. I know how hard it is to make yourself cut back on volume and I believe in whatever works for the individual. Anyway I had always wanted 19 inch arms and I did set after set of arm work up to 20 + sets for years but I never got over 18 and one half inches untill I dorpped the volume down to 1 heavy work set. Then they <my arms grew to 20 plus inches. in a couple of months ..That was about ten years ago.... > My goal now is to maintain them as long as I can.. last time I bothered to measure my arm it <Right> was 21 and a half inches...Every one has a strong suit. I could never get ripped not really...
One day you will probably be bigger than me And ripped so don't ever quit....

Dude... reps for the inspiration. Thank you sooo much for your belief in me, your kind words, everything. I barely do any arm work. But I do feel that the bigger body parts (especially legs and back) do need more than working set a week. I dunno if I mentioned it here at all, or not, but I never go to failure. I can always get one more rep. So, my CNS (in theory) isn't taxed like it would be if I pushed until I no longer could.
Anyway, thank you, again. And you can just call me Chris. I hate that username BS.

Haha, I think a Penske driver tried to race me on the highway, once. When I merge onto the highway, I do the speed limit + 20 MPH, and when I got on, he pulled was trying to out do me, or so it seemed.

Haha, I hateee whenever I go into an urban area, and you see huge trucks just hauling ass. It scares me to death, thinking that if one of those ran a red light, somebody could definitely die.

105x12- Started getting a really bad headache at this point

My calves were sore today, I dunno why, though. And this was my second week of the 11-13 rep range, so I switch to 4-6 rep range on Tuesday for another two weeks, then 8-10 for two weeks, then the keto will begin during my deload. Also, Tuesday I'll be dropping the Vasocharge dosage to one scoop pre-workout. Vasocharge will be discontinued during keto, as I've heard that stimulants can throw you out of it. Not only that, but it's time for a break. Anddd even after 11 hours of sleep, it's time for some more.
