I know it's been a while, sorry. I had to go visit my great grandma, who just got out of hip surgery. She fell on the street and shattered her hip. It was so bad that she had to get a rod in her leg. Anywayyy, I haven't really had time to get on and really post. I ate a lot over the weekend, and my stomach is screaming at me, so I'm going to be eating a lot today. I'll post up my last couple of workouts...

Saturday...
5 minutes on the treadmill
Dynamic stretches
Incline bench- 15'sx12 20'sx10 (warm-ups) 30'sx10 35'sx10 40'sx10 45'sx10 35'sx12 (super slow with lots of squeezing)
Seated BB overheads- 55x9 60x8 65x8 70x8
DB side laterals- 10x10-drop-5x6 (left arm only)
CGBP- 65x10 50x21's

Yesterday (Sunday)
5 minutes on the treadmill
Dynamic stretches
Front squats- 65x12x2 85x10 (warm-ups) 95x10 115x10 135x10 145x10 155x10
Glute-ham raises- BWx5 BWx4
Calf raises- 95x12x7

My hams still hurt a little during the GHR's, but it's getting better. I dunno why they're being that way. I did a couple extra sets here and there because I've felt really good lately, like I can handle more... so I went for it. Great pumps during both workouts.

I skipped school yesterday. I ate a lot and just chilled at home. I went to work laterrr, and right before I left, I started texting my ex. We're still good friends and everything, but she started being really negative. She kept me up until like 9:30 at night (I'm usually asleep at 8). I don't even remember turning off my alarm clock this morning. I slept in until 4:45, so it was too late to eat and work out. I guess I'll just do it after school. Don't you hate those days where they just start off really ****ty?

Ever have one of those days where everything sucks, but all of your aggression just leaves you in the gym? Ya, today was one of those days. I changed it up a little.

5 minutes on the treadmill
Dynamic stretches
Lat pulldowns- 25x10 50x10 (warm-ups) 70x10 80x10 85x10 70x10
Rows with a DD handle 45x10 (warm-up) 50x10 70x10 75x10 65x10
DB row sym. set- 20x8
BB shrugs- 145x10 160x10 175x10 180x10
Cable rows with DD handle- 40x10 50x10

For some reason, my lats just felt like they had a lot more left in the tank, so I did an extra exercise for them. It was also because I never really know where to bring the handle when I row, so those helped me to feel out what area works best for me.

yes bro, i have days like that all the time, and the workouts generally take out all the crap of the day, and i`m a whole new person once i`m done, plus it makes for one hell of a workout as well!!

Today'sss workout went decently...

5 minutes on the treadmill
Dynamic stretches
Incline DB bench- 15'sx15 20'sx13 25'x10 (warm-ups) 35'sx10 40'sx10 42.5'sx9 47.5'sx8 30'sx8 (super slow)
Seated overhead BB press- 55x10 60x10 70x7 65x8
Side lateral raise- 10x10 (left side only)
Dips- BWx10 BWx9 BWx8
Rotator cuffs

My rear delts are pretty sore today, so I think that prevented me from doing more on the overhead presses. I did a light set at the end of the incline benching just to get a little bit of a better pump.

I think my body is just screaming to deload, so this upcoming week, I'm going to do so. I'll probably just lift like 1/2-3/4 of the weight I usually do. But, more importantly, it'll help me sort out my life a little. Everything has been getting ****ed up lately. I'm not going to get into all of that stuff, though. Today's workout....

5 minutes on the treadmill
Dynamic stretches
Front squats- 65x10 75x10 (warm-ups) 95x10 115x10 135x10 125x10
SLDL- 95x10 (warm-up) 115x10 135x10

I called it a day. Just not feeling it.

I'll still post my deload workouts, just for the sake of posting and keeping active. I'm going to drop 500 cals. I'll probably do 175g pro, 300g cho, and 50g fat.

When it comes to lifting and working out in general, I'm extremely motivated. But once you mention something about school, I just don't want to do it. This is my last semester of high school, so that could be why. It's one of those things I have to do, though.

How's the E-911 coming along, Projecthatched? Are you still getting chest pains from it?

Ahhh, my sleeping schedule got totally messed up. It's 7:15, and I'm about to go to bed. I've been up since 1 A.M. I'm not going to lift tomorrow morning, thank god this is a deload, or I'd be really frustrated.

I got 10 hours of sleep last night, and I intend on getting 9 tonight. I took today off and am going to take tomorrow off, too. My hunger is ridiculous due to the way I used to eat. I'm going to go back to eating and lifting like I used to on Friday. My split will be a little different, as you will see. I'm also going to adopt a non-linear periodization training style. You down with NLP? Ya, you know me.

No school today. So it's time to get **** doneee. I'm back to 200g pro, 400g cho, and 50g fat. Fun stufff. My friend took some pictures for me, so I'll put those up a little later. Here's how it went down today...

5 minutes on the treadmill
Dynamic stretches
Lat pulldowns- 50x13x3 (warm-ups) 60x13 70x13 75x11 65x12
DB rows- 20x13 (warm-up) 35x13 45x13 50x12 40x13
BB shrugs- 155x13 175x13 195x13 205x13

All of that in 45 minutes. Fun stuff.

Thanks, Mike. I'm just getting sick of weighing so... little and being so skinny. It's weird, though, because ever since I started eating clean, I've stopped wanting sugar. Last night, I TRIED to have a cheat meal, and only took a few bites. It's weird. Pizza gets me every time.


Oh, I moved into my brother's room, and those are his trophies. He used to race ATV's in hare scrambles. The 5 foot tall ones are the ones he got when he got first in the state. He races dirt bikes now, though.

well buddie, maybe a dirty bulk is in order, just eat everything all day, but not eating at mcdonalds or crap like that, but pizza, buffalo wings, bbq ribs, steak, ya know all the really high calorie stuff,,,, you are def one lean dude, nothing wrong with that either, at least you can see some abs
