IMHO, I'm a big believer of 1.5 grams per lb of bodyweight when it comes to protein. I weigh 206, and I'm taking in 300 grams of protein, with 400 grams of carbs, and I don't watch my fats, since I'm bulking. I used to be like you too man. Metabolism like a hamster on crack. |
Haha, thanks, man. I might just put my protein at 200g, carbs at 400g, and fats at 50g. So that's 2,850 cals, which is definitely enough. The ****ty thing is that I haven't been able to sleep very well lately. It turns out that one of my cats got fleas. That just so happens to be the cat that likes to sleep on my bed. I woke up with bites all over my right hand and back. So two nights ago I woke up at 6 AM itching and swearing. Last night, I woke up and just went downstairs. ****'s ridiculous sometimes. Haha, anywayyyy, thanks for stopping by.
Anyway, today's workout went... horribly. My hams still hurt when I go to do glute-ham raises. It's not that good hurt. It's like border-line injury hurt. So that just got me super pissed off, that, plus my itchy, swollen hands and back.
